The Inn at Burnap's proudly announced its Grand Opening in May of 2017. This brick Victorian home, built in 1876, has been transformed into a majestic Inn in the heart of apple and wine country.
Located on 120 acres of pristine orchards and vineyards and overlooking Lake Ontario, the home has been faithfully restored, yet expertly modernized, and is now one of the regions newest Inn's, ready to host overnight guests and custom events.
The four grand bedrooms are housed in the stately Victorian mansion that was built by, and home to, 20th century entrepreneur, John Pulver. The gardens and orchards surrounding the Inn feature gorgeous views and walking paths which form a connection between the buildings’ verandas and the great Lake Ontario. The elegant common rooms, tucked-away outdoor verandas, authentic cupola, perennial gardens, and a romantic outdoor fireplace invite you to relax, read a good book, enjoy a cup of tea, and meet new people or chat with old friends.
Kendra Burnap purchased this historic home in 2016. She has invested time and resources on a complete and detailed restoration of the Inn, and on the creation of lovely new landscaped grounds. She is supported by her loving parents who started the family farming business 53 years ago:
